WDSF (World Dance Sport Federation) oversaw Olympic qualifiers in Oceania region and neither Raygun nor her husband Samuel Free are members in the committee tasked by WDSF to organize those qualifiers. Her husband wasn't one of judges neither. There are list of judges on WDSF website that you can check it out.
